Master Lunn (ライナス rainasu, "Linus") is a renowned martial artist, known all across Lunar. He is also one of the Four Heroes who is said to wield the power of the Blue Dragon. Unbeknownst to the people of Lunar however, Master Lunn harbors a dark secret hidden under a sinister mask...
Lunn the martial artist[]
Master Lunn comes from the town of Meribia where he owns and operates a massive dojo to teach students the way of the warrior. His expectations are very high, for himself and his students and as a result, he is often left unsatisfied, looking for a worthy adversary.
The Shadow Dragon Cult[]
Lunn leads a secret life as well, a darker life, as the leader of a group known only as the Shadow Dragon Cult. According to Jean, who was a former member herself, the leader kidnaps children at a very early age, and breaks their spirits, robbing them of their innocence and molding them into heartless killers capable of using the Shadow Dragon Fist, a martial art born of the darkness in a person's heart. The leader always wears a mask to keep his identity a secret.
Jean eventually discovers Lunn's terrible secret and using the Blue Dragon Fist, defeats him in a one-on-one match, obtaining the Blue Dragon Aura in the process. When asked how she learned the art, Jean explains that she drew upon the light in her heart, rather than the darkness like the Shadow Dragon Fist.
